overheard at the HOV, front porch edition

saraliz: while walking to work this weekend, there was a cancer walk going on. they were all wearing pink, which isn't that wierd...but they ALL had fanny packs on.

laura: like, all the same kind?

chaely: yeah, like they gave them out for the walk?

saraliz: no. they were all different. so, you think when you get cancer...do you get a fanny pack?

laura: yes. "i have good news and bad news. bad news, you have cancer. good news, you get this totally sweet fanny pack!"
